Lecture at KLC

Last week, we were thrilled to have been invited to KLC School of Design, based at Chelsea Harbour, to deliver a lecture on the history and application of bespoke rugs in interior design.
The talk encompassed the functions of a rug in a space, materials, handmade techniques, measuring and fitting, creative considerations and current trends. It was also an opportunity to see, touch and compare the nuances of each rug style and explore the many possibilities.
We were delighted with the response from the students and very much look forward to returning in the near future.

Insight: Q&A with Laura Stephens Interiors

There is nothing that thrills us more than seeing our rug designs installed in a final interior scheme. For our latest project, we collaborated with London-based designer Laura Stephens to create two bespoke rugs for a lively family home in Wimbledon. Responding to her flair for colour and extraordinary eye for detail, we experimented with tone, pattern and scale to design pieces that are elegant, fun and contemporary.
